On New Year’s Eve in Santa Barbara, head to the symphony where conductor Bob Bernhardt returns for another astounding evening of music. Celebrate the music of iconic female musicians during Women Rock, featuring songs from Carole King, Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, and more! The program begins at 8:30 pm.

Live Music from Stillwater Sound
If you’d like to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Santa Barbara with music, but you don’t want your night to end after the symphony, check out the party at Night Lizard Brewing Company! This event runs from 9:00 pm New Year’s Eve – midnight. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy new music from the local band Stillwater Sound and dance to their enchanting melodies while enjoying craft beer. Admission is free.
Opal Restaurant and Bar
Enjoy a fine four-course meal at Opal Restaurant and bar on New Year’s Eve! At the end of the meal, you’ll also receive a gift to take home. There are two seatings for this dinner, so if you’re a believer in “early to bed and early to rise,” you can still take part in the evening! The first seating starts at 5:30, 6:00, or 6:15 and runs until 8:30 pm. The second seating starts at 8:30, 8:45, or 9:00 and runs until Midnight or later.

OPPI’Z is a “modern, nonconventional healthy food concept rooted in the tradition of the Italian cuisine and the “slow-food” manifesto.” This new State Street restaurant is offering a five-course dinner for your New Year’s Eve in Santa Barbara!
