Featured Spot of the Week: Cabrillo Bike Path

It’s Wednesday again, which means it’s time for Marina Beach Motel’s featured spot of the week. We share a new attraction or business every week to give our guests some ideas of how they want to explore Santa Barbara and make the most of their stay with us. This week we’re featuring a great place to get out and enjoy this beautiful city: the Cabrillo Bike Path.

The Cabrillo Bike Path is just over a mile in length and goes along the coast line in Santa Barbara. It’s a flat, paved bike path that’s manageable for cyclists of all levels and ages. The path starts at Leadbetter Beach and ends at Butterfly Beach, affording beautiful views of the city and the coast along the way.

Cabrillo Bike Path is an easy and scenic path that we strongly encourage our guests to try out if they want to explore Santa Barbara. It’s one of the best free things to do in Santa Barbara, plus it’s a nice little workout. On top of it all, you’ll pass a number of Santa Barbara dining options along the way.

Another added bonus is that if you stay with us at Marina Beach Motel, you get free access to our Beach Cruiser bikes! So grab one of these beautiful, free bike rentals and hit the Cabrillo Bike Path. It’s one of our favorite things to do in Santa Barbara, fun for kids and adults alike.

Book your escape to Santa Barbara today and get a room at Marina Beach Motel. We look forward to having you here!
