March 20 is the first day of spring this year, and we couldn’t be more excited for the next few months in Santa Barbara! Spring Break isn’t just for the college kids. We enjoy access to the beach and venues along Cabrillo Blvd Santa Barbara — and all the fun activities the area has to offer. From wine to music to culture, April and May bring us some of the most exciting festivals and events of the year.

A little rain can’t keep us down. Sunny days in the sixties mean prime cycling weather. With complimentary beach cruisers during your stay, you can go anywhere! The Cabrillo Blvd Santa Barbara area is pretty much yours for the taking.
1. Founding Day Festival
Commemorate 236 years of history at the birthplace of Santa Barbara, El Presidio de Santa Bárbara State Historic Park…. Following the ceremony, enjoy an afternoon of living history stations, stage performances, and tours that focus on the history and culture of California.
2. Santa Barbara Vintners Festival
Taste from over 100 wineries, savor our best local fare from farmers to foragers, and meet the chefs who make it magical. Drink in the sparkling Bubble Lounge, listen to live music, learn from our cooking demos and let our landscape soothe your soul.
3. Big concerts at the Santa Barbara Bowl
Catch alt-J, Bon Iver, and LCD Soundsystem in April and May.
4. Earth Day Festival
